GPS TRACKS AND MAPS
Here you can download GPS tracks especially for MTB. Most of them are from races and some rides I discovered myself. Recently I've started to create maps of the ski resorts that I'm visiting, including ski tracks, lifts and waypoints.
Two very good software to transfer GPX or .IMG (you've downloaded) direct to your device are easygps.com and mapupload (or if you have a garmin you can use mapsource) so you can use it without an internet connection.
Another way is by using these links
http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/
http://www.takitwithme.com/
you can convert and transfer them to your GPS device (first you open at http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/ the archive you've downloaded and convert it to GPX, then use http://www.takitwithme.com/ to transfer the track to your device).
Also by pressing the name of the ride or ski resorts map you can see some photos, videos or description.
I use a Garmin GPSmap 60cx (manual) with European map, Greek mountaineering map from Anavasi and Topo Navigator and nautical Blue Chart map of Eastern Mediterranean.

HOW TO USE MAPS
You can use Gpx to edit or transfer the map, with easygps. Gmapsupp is the devices format. Just copy and past it in the Garmin folder of your devices memory card. Don't forget to make a backup of the existing file because it will be overwritten. You can also use (and this is the best way) MAPupload software to transfer or combine maps and Gpx.
Mapsource is a file format to open the map with your Mapsource software coming with the Garmin device.
For adding .img map files to mapsource press HERE.
And HERE for creating a Garmin map using a Gpx file.
Gpamsupp and Mapsource are only for Garmin devices.
This post will be updating so stay tuned and enjoy the rides

¶This is the beginning a beautiful and ridable path, which leads into the forest and reaches in a steep cape. ¶Because of the nature of the path is difficult, ¶individuals that have problem with vertigo, small children and animals, should not come. ¶
¶After 700 metres of exceptional way and dramatic view the path reaches in his higher point, in a cape that sees all the sea. ¶Here they exist two seats where you can rest your legs. ¶The next part of travel begins behind second seat, where a path goes down north-easternly and passes from the forestal street in roughly 100 metres. ¶Continuing straight line opposite from the street, the path goes down through the forest where lizards and butterflies it is frequent phenomenon. ¶
¶One still forestal street is crossed and goes up to the nape of precipice. ¶The leafage here is so much dense that creates a cover where you can find very dew. ¶The path now twirls with roughly 180 degrees in order to you go up in the other side, in order to you cross one still forestal street in the 500 metres. ¶
¶The way now turns southernly and it continues going up up to the top of hill. ¶one still street is crossed and the path goesdown in Eastern. ¶Can see above and left houses as is opened the forest, the path continues up for half roughly kilometre and leads to the steep top, which sees the sea. ¶The way now continues in abrupt as, goes down gradually giving the possibility for a fleeting glance in the Sani Camping Beach. ¶Below exists a part for picnik and in the next 350 metres meets the beach. ¶The Sani Camping is in half the way, is 200 metres from the beach. ¶Have the choice to continue, to return from the street where you came, or take a taxi and turn to Sani Beach Holiday Resort. ¶
¶From the Sani Camping in the Siviri
¶Continuing southernly in the end of beach and taking the street that begins immediately after the hotel Simandro (you seek the mark of Trident) is led to the top of abrupt as goes up through the trees. ¶This narrow street goes up gradually with south-eastern direction for roughly 500 metres, giving amazing view through the trees to the Aegean Sea and the Olympus. ¶The path now turns in the southerners going up for 300 metres to the beach, where a meadow reaches up to the coast. ¶
¶A small walk of 200 metres at length of coast us goes through the meadow to the forest again where the path goes up in side of hill, keeping us very near in the steep tops. ¶200 metres above the slot the mainly path leaves the small path that is found in the steep top and goes down at person the ravine. ¶
¶¶¶¶Seek the mark of trident, which stamps the point. This way you lowers in the previous plate of meadows and forest and is advisable. The walkers that do not want they to down, can continue on path the which meets the forestal street. The two streets meets again in the Elani Bay Resort.¶
SITHONIA DIVE KALAMITSI 08-08-09
This day I went diving first time after 4 years, when i found at Kalamitsi my old diving instructor and his new school. Also this will be the last time windsurfing at Kalamitsi (even though this is my favorite and one of the best camping ever). The reason is the waves. They are so powerful that they destroyed three sails, as seen in the pictures below the sail cut in two.
